Hi! I'm Joanna Kearns and I am a lifetime resident of Pickens County and a 3rd generation real estate agent. My grandfather was the first to open a national real estate firm in Pickens County over thirty years ago and I enjoy working in a locally and family owned business. I am a graduate of the University of Georgia and reside here in Jasper with my husband Max, my daughter Karolina, my son Maxi and my Frenchie Billy Dean. I am a member of the Pickens County Board of Realtors and work hard to provide each one of my customers with the very best service and outstanding results. I look forward to working with you.

Seller reviewWe know that Ms. Kearns is the expert in real estate transactions (we have bought and sold several properties with her expertise) but she gave our ideas and questions consideration. While she exudes confidence, she is charming and friendly. We have known brokers who told us a price for our property and made us feel foolish if we didn't agree. Ms. Kearns knew us, the property and the market. The comps were as spot-on as was possible. Yet, considering all that, we had a partnership. We were teamed with the best broker around!
