Hi! I'm Joanna Kearns and I am a lifetime resident of Pickens County and a 3rd generation real estate agent. My grandfather was the first to open a national real estate firm in Pickens County over thirty years ago and I enjoy working in a locally and family owned business. I am a graduate of the University of Georgia and reside here in Jasper with my husband Max, my daughter Karolina, my son Maxi and my Frenchie Billy Dean. In our case, she had to spend a lot of time checking on the progress of the sale to ensure it was moving forward. I felt like she was the only person concerned whether the timelines and contractual items were being taken care of. She is NOT an agent who lists a property and then shows up at closing for a check. She is a thoughtful, creative, hard working agent who takes care of the work "in between" listing and closing.
