Hi! I'm Joanna Kearns and I am a lifetime resident of Pickens County and a 3rd generation real estate agent. My grandfather was the first to open a national real estate firm in Pickens County over thirty years ago and I enjoy working in a locally and family owned business. I am a graduate of the University of Georgia and reside here in Jasper with my husband Max, my daughter Karolina, my son Maxi and my Frenchie Billy Dean. I am a member of the Pickens County Board of Realtors and work hard to provide each one of my customers with the very best service and outstanding results. I look forward to working with you.

Buyer reviewJoanna and her entire staff were extremely helpful, professional, and courteous throughout the process of showing us houses until we found the perfect home that was right for us. The same can be said for the listing and eventual sell of our former house. From start to finish everything was handled professionally. She was in constant contact so we never had to to wonder about what was happening during the process. Wouldn't think of ever using another real estate agent. Would give her ten stars if possible!

Buyer reviewI cannot emphasize enough on how positive of an experience we had with Joanna. She is always kind and respectful. She responds extremely quick in all communications forms; email, text, phone call. At one point in our home search we backed out of an offer we had put in on a house. When my husband called to have that tough conversation with Joanna, she was nothing but kind and understanding. Then when we were ready to start back with our home search, she welcomed us with open arms! Joanna is so knowledgeable and has a detailed answer for every questions my husband or I had. She also has many connections in the community and was able to refer us to a trusted inspector, someone to pump the septic tank and exterminator. Joanna is very respected by others in her profession and treats everyone she comes in contact with hospitality. Joanna makes what is typically a stressful situation, very calming. Joanna made our home search as easy as possible. She was able to get our home sold in less than one day! She goes above and beyond on all areas of service! So thankful for Joanna and so pleased with our buying/selling experience.
