Hi! I'm Joanna Kearns and I am a lifetime resident of Pickens County and a 3rd generation real estate agent. My grandfather was the first to open a national real estate firm in Pickens County over thirty years ago and I enjoy working in a locally and family owned business. I am a graduate of the University of Georgia and reside here in Jasper with my husband Max, my daughter Karolina, my son Maxi and my Frenchie Billy Dean. Seller reviewListing our cabin with Joanna Kearns at Century 21 was a smart move on our part. Joanna promptly came out and gave us several helpful ideas about what we needed to do to the cabin to get it ready to sell. She quickly placed "For Sale" signs at intersections to lead prospective buyers to the cabin from the nearest main road. Joanna responded to my questions via text, email, FB Messenger, as well as phone calls. Joanna worked hard to get the price we wanted for our cabin. We were very pleased with how smoothly everything went, from the contract to the inspection to the appraisal to the closing. Joanna was there every step of the process. Everytime I stopped by the office, the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, a great experience! I would recommend Joanna and her staff at Century 21 in Jasper, GA to anyone looking to buy or sell a house.

Very great with keeping in contact with us and very patient. We had been looking at houses on and off for 2 years and she was willing to show us houses whenever we called her up during that time when we were so on and off again about actually pulling the trigger on moving.
