I had this rental property for years and I live in Southern CA which was so difficult to manage and even more challenging to sell remotely, however Joanne did an excellent job from the first moment I contacted her until we closed escrow. Running sales report in the area, Visiting the property and inspecting, Estimating the property value, Taking photos for the listing, Proposing a detailed cost of the sale, Listing the property and start marketing immediately, Scheduling and conducting several open houses, Sharing activities details and feedback from prospective buyers, Contacting other agents to market for the property, Follow up with interested buyers asking for offers, Securing a solid offer, Help negotiate the offer and provided a counter offer, Help explain every single step in the process while escrow was open, Being available and manage scheduling of appraisal, termite, inspections, etc. communicate very well with the buyer agent to help facilitate the sale process, Help review inspection request from the buyer, negotiate and provide suggestions, Help in getting estimates from contractors to complete the repair request. Follow thru until escrow closes, I have really enjoyed a very smooth sales process in a very short time period while I handled every single step with Joanne via phone calls, texts, emails remotely with no issue at all.
