Selling a home when your are not a current resident of the location island is a sometimes challenge. With Joanne, we were able to overcome all the hurdles to complete an efficient profitable sale. She sent me listings from Keaau and surrounding areas that I may be interested in and made arrangements to meet with me and discuss my interest in the property that she has sent me. She also took the time to show me some of property until I found the right one. She was there all the way to the final sale of the property, including finding the surveyor. I want to thank her for all the help and would highly recommend her services to my family and friends.

Buyer reviewJoanne is very knowledgeable about the area and worked tirelessly on getting us this property. I appreciated her ideas on several key issues that arose. This purchase had several issues arise, especially with one appraiser who really should not be doing this work as when you look at his appraisal as opposed to others one can only come to the conclusion that he was very incompetent and didn't know what he was doing. This almost cost us the purchase, but with Joanne working with Linda Wong from Island Mortgage we were able to get past this.
