Seller reviewI received mailers periodically from a number of agents in HI. The first agent I contacted (different company) had the best/most frequent mailers but he did a poor job of returning calls and follow ups on the tasks he took on. So he lost my business. Joanne's mailers were enough to get my attention and when I contacted her she immediately responded. Within the first few days of the initial call she had provided me lots of info for pricing the house as well as highlighted some topics I needed to research. She was pleasant and reliable to work with which was very important for me as an out of state seller.
