I was not on the Island, she worked with my brother looking at homes. Once they found what I wanted she quickly reached out and gave me the information on the property. The negotiations did not take long, she was able to secure the home for the price I wanted. The process went so quickly, that JoAnne kept me informed every step of the way. She is highly knowledgeable and I will recommend her to family and friends. I will use her again for my next purchase.
