Initially, I did not seek out a broker to work with. I did a lot by my self such as looking at properties and finding houses. But when I set up a showing one time, I met with Jodi Young from Century 21 and I really enjoyed working with her. She was easy to talk to and was willing to help me in my search for the perfect house. After that, I kept reaching out to Jodi and worked with her ever since. Jodi Young was very easy to work with and went above and beyond for me. She kept me up to date with things and made me feel like I was a priority. I could call or text her at any time and she would get back to me quickly. It was a really good feeling being able to rely on her as much as I did since I was a first time home buyer and did not know much about the process or much of anything. She helped me get in to see the houses I wanted fast and helped so much once I found the perfect house. Everything went so smoothly during my purchase and I honestly think it was all because of Jodi. I am very thankful she was the one to help me with this whole process. I think every realtor should be like Jodi Young. It's intimidating at times dealing with realtors as they can be pushy and not give you the time you need if you are not super interested in finding a house ASAP. Jodi knew I was looking for over a year and was not looking to settle. I was looking for the perfect house and not willing to jump on a house just because. Jodi was extremely patient with me and made me feel super important. She kept assuring me that I would eventually find the one. And if I didn't like a house we looked at, it was okay. I truly appreciated how professional and caring she was. She made this stressful process (of being a first time home buyer) not as stressful. I could rely on her to answer my questions and constantly communicate with me. I am very thankful for Jodi. I felt like I had no idea on what I was doing when I was looking for a house or the process it entailed. So I am thankful that I met Jodi Young to help me with everything. She opened my eyes and was there for every step of the way. Jodi is a wealth of knowledge and answered any questions I had. Jodi made this process of buying my dream home enjoyable. I would definitely recommend Jodi! She is great with explaining details and walking through the process. I was impressed with how she remembered little things we talked about during the sale process. She is always prompt with returning calls and messages. I had a sale fall through last minute, and she was able to quickly get my house listed and had a new buyer within a couple days! Thanks Jodi!

Jody was very helpful with the sale of our house . Had great recommendations on people to use to fix some of the things that needed to be done before we could sell. Jody also was a great help once we found the perfect new house for our family with whom we needed to get in touch with to get things set up and also with us having kids was knowledgeable on the schools in the area .

Jodi was extremely professional in her correspondences and negotiations with the realtor who brought in our prospective buyers. She held a few Open Houses for us, and her communication with me and other stakeholders was timely and thorough!
