Buyer reviewMy wife and I had never worked with a realtor before and were evaluating a few realtors that had come recommended to us. After our first meeting with Jodi we knew she was the right realtor to work with. Through the purchase process she was fantastic, helping us navigate through an accepted offer we eventually rescinded (darn flood insurance!) and eventually helping us land a great house with better than anticipated purchase conditions in what's most definitely a seller's market. The selling process has gone just as smooth - Jodi helped us get a premium on the house we're moving out of! We'd recommend Jodi to anyone looking for a friendly, knowledgable realtor involved in every step of the process. We're looking forward to having her over for our house warming party once we get settled!

Buyer reviewI was referred to Jodi by a family friend who purchased a home with Jodi, and she came with very high recommendations from my family friend. I was not disappointed in my decision in working with Jodi. From day 1, Jodi was instrumental in helping me find my first home. Only about 36 hours passed from my first contact with her to going to my first showing. She was able to accommodate my work schedule when scheduling showings, and always replied promptly to questions, comments, and concerns I had. Jodi took special care to show me houses that were in my price range and location parameters. She also assisted me with writing offers and thinking of ways to make my offer stand out among the other many offers that would be reviewed by sellers. I went from not knowing a thing about purchasing a home to being moved into my first home within 3 months. I gained heaps of knowledge about the housing market via Jodi, what to look for when scouting for homes, what to stay away from, and how to negotiate an offer.
