Jody kept our home front and center in the market and never pressured us to settle for less. She had an excellent handle on the local real estate market! Her calm demeanor helped steady us during ups and downs of showing and selling! And when we hit some snags with buyers' timing on our closing, Jody AND their realtor worked together (round-the-clock!) for DAYS to resolve all issues and bring us to a successful close of escrow!!!
