Jody Nelson of CENTURY 21 Hilltop

Jody Nelson is an amazing!!! She is incredibly easy to talk to and always listens to what you are looking for and wanting. She personally showed us a variety of different houses in different price brackets. She made the whole process easy and efficient. Jody helped translate the real estate jargon and was incredibly knowledgeable and always available when needed. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase in the Redding area.

Jody has helped us with the sale or purchase of 3 homes now. She was quick to respond to our many questions and concerns. We entered escrow while on vacation. Jody organized and attended all the necessary appointments while we were away. She even watered my indoor plants! We appreciate her commitment to the sale of our house and her help in walking us through the process.

A close friend recommended Jody. She really liked her, and was planning on contacting her again in the future for another move. When I met with Jody at my house the first time, she came prepared with all of the information I could possibly expect a real estate agent to have. She was professional and super friendly. Jody was available by phone to text or talk literally whenever I contacted her. She answered right away every time, even when she had an emergency in her family. She sent me all of the paperwork on time through emails, and when I didn't sign things fast enough ( I was guilty of that several times!) she was the best about reminding me. Jody has a great sense of humor, and she was patient with me asking tons of questions. My house was broken into several times during the sale, and each time Jody offered to help in any way she could, including writing a letter to the D.A. office for me, and offering to help with alarm ideas. My house also needed repairs as a result of break ins and a storm, and she not only recommended contractors to me, but offered to meet them at my house and let them in. She checked on my house and met with contractors several times over the course of several months. Jody actually came to our house in Sacramento to pick up paperwork from my husband and I! In terms of value for money, Jody is worth way more than she got paid from this sale! I hope that every real estate agent I ever have to work with is as amazing as Jody.

Jody Nelson goes above and beyond expectations. The sale of my property was a probate sale and very emotional for me as it resulted from the death of my sister, my best friend. I can't say enough about Jody's capacity for understanding nor her ability as an agent. This sale went through with multiple offers in a week's time. That should say a lot for Jody's ability.

My family used Jody first and I've used Jody's service twice before & by far she's got in depth skills abilities knowledge and connections to make complex situations come together easy!!! Jody thinks outside the box when problem solving and it's a unique skill she's always adding to her repertoire!!! She applies past experience to solve difficult problems fast & creatively. She communicates above and beyond and makes sure all parties are satisfied and informed. She offers choices & ideas for solutions which other agents would not bother to spend time on. She does so unselfishly and gives so much time to her clients. Gives time and TLC!!! She's a great professional and it's a great brokerage. Nina also has all these same abilities and the team is there for clients when things get tough. As I stated in my previous comments, our daughter knew Jody from previous contacts and she respected her highly. That kind of personal recommendation means a lot. And while we have purchased homes before, it isn't always an easy process. This one was. And Jody's relaxed, professional demeanor was instrumental to that. She knows her stuff. She is very professional, competent and confident. And yet comes across as a warm, authentic person who we could trust and rely on. She always came through. She was very responsive. She understood what we needed and wanted and sought to accommodate us as much as possible. When I said what I wanted to offer she was completely accepting of it and the seller accepted it and it went super smooth. That meant a lot that she was so easy and flexible in supporting us in the process. If we ever buy or sell a house in the future, Jody will be our first choice.
