Seller reviewIt was extremely important to us to work with an experienced realtor who was going to be completely transparent with us about all aspects of the sale of our home, Jody Nelson was open and honest every step of the way. We had some very specific concerns about our house and she was very open about how some of these items would affect the sale of our home. There were no surprises and we sold quickly without any delays thanks to her transparency. This was the fourth real estate transaction that Jody has helped the Fuller family execute flawlessly. Working with Jody was quite remarkable. Her honesty and commitment to sell our home allowed us to relax and concentrate on the work we needed to do in order to move from our family home after 20 years. She went above and beyond, in helping us get our loan funded through Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. Without her help, our purchase could very well have fallen through, due to the constant stalling tactics,used by this lender. Our closing was delayed nearly three weeks, and I was so stressed, with the whole process. Jody constantly reassured us, and we are so happy, we chose her to represent us!
