Seller reviewJody Nelson was fantastic and helpful with each step in the sale of our home. She made it easy. She communicated with us and kept a positive attitude even when we were feeling doubtful. She hired a professional photographer that really captured the best qualities of our home. Jody then used these pictures to develop a great listing that she posted on the internet and in the local realtor magazine. She put our house out there for all to see. Of the realtors we have dealt with, Jody was by far the best! Her enthusiasm for her job shown through and it was great to work with someone who really loves her job. Century 21 Hilltop is a great outfit. I would recommend Jody and everyone there because of the great experience we had.

Seller reviewJody did a great job selling our house on the hill. She was always available and accessible and very quick to respond to any of our questions or demands. She really advocated for us regarding our closing costs which helped contain them and save us money to use on our next house. She also handled everything in our escrow account so that we had minimal to zero paperwork and billing to do on our own. Working with Jody was all-inclusive, easy, and a very professional experience.
