Seller reviewThanks Goodness for Joe Curlette! Joe was most helpful in the listing of our unit at Sailboat Bay. He is a resident and and he conveys his enthusiasm for the complex to potential tenants. Joe was in an important meeting of the Sailboat Bay community when we got a call that one of our neighbors had a leak in their unit that potentially could have affected our storage area. Joe quickly responded by going to our unit and checking to see if we were affected. Thankfully we were not but that showed us the dedication Joe has for his clients and concern for their property. If we had a issue or question Joe was quick to find a solution or provide an answer. Joe was a pleasure to work with and we highly recommend him if you are considering listing your property. We could not have been more pleased with our results.
