Buyer reviewI can not tell you how many phone calls Joe answered any time, any day with questions or concerns. Joe never made me feel like I was bothering him nor did he pressure me into making an offer...it took 4 months for me to find the right condo. ( I'm a little pickey!) I would absolutely recommend Joe Curlette to anyone, especially someone from out of town looking for an agent who goes above and beyond for his clients!

I know that I was extremely difficult at times but he gently guided me through the whole process and made himself readily available every time I called or came down. Thank you Joe for putting up with me, taking the late night panicked phone calls and the never ending house hunting. When the house inspection was complete and I had concerns, he jumped right in there and fixed most of the stuff himself taking it out of his commission. Very honest and trustworthy and compassionate or he might have killed me. lol Anyone considering buying or selling I highly recommend this outstanding honest and professional young man!
