Seller reviewJoe's character and competence became evident on the day I purchased my property. He was the seller's agent and yet he came right to my new place on day one and installed a new toilet seat and kitchen faucet. From then on he offered help and I called on him often because I live in Wisconsin. I asked for help after hurricane Sally (he even cleaned out my refrigerator after a week of no power), for checking the status of repairs, for turning off the water when I couldn't get to Alabama before the temps dropped, and much more. When it came to listing and selling, Joe was understanding of my unique needs, quick and thorough with my listing, and diligent in the negotiation. I couldn't have asked for a better sales experience and heartily recommend Joe Curlette.

The condo complex was in repair from storm damage and Joe coordinated with construction agents on my behalf and keep me posted. He also negotiated a boat slip exchange to enhance the sale potential.. overall Joe provided excellent service. I would highly recommend joe as an agent.
