Seller reviewWe wanted to have someone that we were familiar with, and didn't have to worry about whether they would shoot straight with us. We had used Joe Curlette, based on recommendation from a friend, when we purchased our condo several years ago, and had developed a relationship with him during that time, and knew that he met that criteria. Joe was flexible with his time, to meet when it was convenient for us, and we were able to come up with a game plan on how to handle the sale of our condo very quickly. We were able to sell the condo, and close on it, within less than 10 days - wow! If we're ever in the market for another property in the Gulf Shores area, we wouldn't hesitate to use Joe Curlette.
