Seller reviewI met Joe three years ago when I was looking for a piece of property in the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area. Joe made the whole purchasing experience wonderful. When the decision was made this time to sell my property I never hesitated. I called Joe immediately. Let me tell you, there were things that needed to be done to the home to bring it up to snuff. I needed outside help to get that done. It was Joe that found the help I needed and he made sure everything got done - and right! We received an offer in a matter of hours once the house was listed. Joe took care of everything for me and even handled the entire closing for me! As for me, if I decide to purchase another home in that area Joe Curlette is who I'm calling - you should too!!

He was very polite and professional and very knowledgeable about the market in the area. After my unit was listed for sale it was shown several times and after the offer to purchase came in he maintained constant communication with me and handling the sales documentation paperwork in a timely manner. I could not have asked that this sale would go more quickly and smoothly. I am totally satisfied with how my condo sold and with the timeframe it took to sell. Joe did an outstanding job!!!
