He puts the needs, wants, and desires of all of his clients way ahead of his own. Even when he has his own life going on. I don't think I could have asked for a smoother process through my first time buyers experience. 10/10 would recommend to anyone that is in the market, or even just considering the options of a new home. Joe is also very knowledgeable when it comes to specific builders, styles etc. and he will let you know all of that upfront. Great job Joe and the team he's with!
