I was very satisfied in my overall experience working with Joe as my realtor. He was very responsive to communication, he worked hard to address my concerns, and he was flexible even when I was indecisive. I felt that Joe was committed to ensuring that I was happy with the home that I ultimately purchased and I did not feel rushed or pressured into making a decision. In addition, Joe successfully negotiated the return of my earnest money deposit after I contracted on a new build and then changed my mind. He also helped to deal with a builder who tried to wrongfully cancel my contract and I ended up retaining my contract and recently closing on my home. Overall, I was happy with my experience working with Joe He was always willing to accommodate my busy schedule including setting up last minute appointments to view properties or to look into a new builder. Joe worked extremely hard to ensure that I was happy with my home purchase and I would highly recommend him to any potential buyer or seller.
