Seller reviewI have know John a long time, have purchased homes with him, sold homes with him and found tenants for vacant apartments with him. John is truly a diamond in the rough and I would recommend him to anyone and I would never use anyone else to do my real estate business with. John had my house listing and because he is so connected in his business my house never even made the MLS listing and he had it sold in less than half a day. He is AWESOME, very knowledgeable, and probably the most well mannered person I know.

Buyer reviewJohn Balzano is the best. He is very knowledgeable, a fount of information and resources from Home Inspectors to Lead paint inspectors. He was also a great help in pointing out to us the required inspections and other due diligence, e.g. Radon test, etc. before purchasing the property. He guided us every step of the way and provided good advice. John was also a calming influence in all the turmoil and stress of buying our property in a very competitive market.
