ADVERTIZING, RECORD & WILLING TO WORK & LISTEN TO CUSTOMER ANNE FILLED IN ABMIRABLY WHEN I COULDN'T GET THRU TO HIM. JOHN WENT ABOVE & BEYOND THE NORMAL ATTENTION TO KEEP THE BUYER OFF MY BACK AND US INFORMED. SHE HAD A REAL TUFF CUSTOMER TO DEAL WITH HIM IF YOU ARE EVALUATING THE BUYERS BROKER. AS FAR AS THE CENTURY OTHER STAFF ,THEY WERE GREAT.

This is the third time we have used John Beutler as our realtor since moving to Coeur d'Alene in 1994. That pretty much says it all. In our opinion, his experience and knowledge of the area, local contacts, and service are second to none.
