Their work in setting up our home to show was excellent, and all of their efforts helped to push the price of our home above the price of similarly sized homes in the same area. Seller reviewI knew John through friends. That is why I chose him as I knew him and had talked to him about other things in the past and felt he was very knowledgeable. As I live 80 miles from Fort Collins and was selling my mothers condo it was great to have him be able to help find a painter, carpet person, electrician and cleaning service to get the place ready for sale. It would have been very difficult for me to find competent trustworthy people to do those jobs. The whole processes was painless quick and resulted in getting a fair price and profit that helped my mother.
