He was infinately patient in helping us discover our wants and needs. When the complexity of negotiations increased unexpectedly, John was able to smooth over all details with ease, and closed the deal. Can't say enough about how much we've enjoyed working with John. Buyer reviewWhen I decided to move back to Fort Collins after being gone for 34 years, I asked all my high school friends if they had a realtor they would recommend. They all said John Humpal. From the instant we met, I knew I had made the right choice. During our initial phone conversation, I told John what I was looking for as far as the home itself and the location. I then sent him links to homes I saw on Zillow to give him an idea of what I liked. We went out one day, saw 6 homes, and I found the perfect home that day. This never would have occurred if John did not pay attention to what my needs were. He was on top of everything from that point forward through the closing. If you are in need of a realtor, I can't imagine that you will find anyone better than John and the entire Century 21 Humpal team!

They set the perfect price for our home, after first spending significant time identifying comparable sales in the area, which helped our family to be confident that we were selling our home at the right price. Their work in setting up our home to show was excellent, and all of their efforts helped to push the price of our home above the price of similarly sized homes in the same area. We ended up selling our home for just above asking and we have no doubt that John's work added to the final sale price. John's team then carried it through closing without any issues or problems. We wouldn't work with any other realtor, and we recommend John and his team without hesitation.
