He really walked me through every step of the process and was always available for questions. He really stayed on top of things and even went above and beyond staying on top of the sellers agent to make sure everything was complete and ready to settle on time. I would use John Krapf again in the future and I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a hard working, honest realtor.
