John Le is a phenomenal realtor and would recommend anyone looking to buy or sell a home to take a deep look. It's easy for a realtor to buy a home when given certain requirements, but it takes someone special to be able to sell a home in a quick time frame while getting the customer above and beyond what they had originally wanted.

Easy to deal with John was real professional even with the buyer and their agent. He stay professional at all times and even wore an nice suit to closing lol

After a recommendation from a friend about John, it was the best selection. He was very informative about the whole process, he knew the areas very well, and made sure we felt comfortable at all stages of the process. John made it smooth and easy to purchase our first home.

John was outstanding, he definitely went above and beyond in making the whole buying process as smooth as possible for me and my wife. Not only was he friendly he had a great sense of humor. When it came to serious business you can definitely see he knows his stuff. He is very knowledgeable and it shows. He pointed out things we did not see and helped us resolve the issues. Very patience and understanding, he was not pushy, he made sure we were comfortable and sure about our purchase. Would 100% recommend him to all our family and friends. You can sense he loves what he does and is very passionate about his job.

It's like this: I made a huge mistake BUYING my new home 4 years earlier without John Le's help. I bought a property prone to flooding, and signed a waiver at closing to that effect. Of course, the house soon flooded during rain storms (a NO-FLOOD ZONE!). Every time I saw John later, he said, "I never would have let you buy that house, Joey!" Of course, I *knew* John Le was right. I felt trapped, I tried legal recourse to no avail. Fast forward 4 years later and I am retired and leaving the country. I still owned a property subject to flooding. (Flooded twice in 6 months.) I knew if anyone could sell my house, it would be John Le! I knew it would not be easy, but John took a chance and we signed a contract for 6 months. I would have been content to "break even" at closing, but John did better for me. He put cash in my pocket from a depressed (my description of my own property) property! WOW! I will recommend John Le to all my friends and relatives because of his dogged-perseverance to sell an unsalable house while I am living abroad! John Le is simply the best! John Le is ALL ABOUT rapid communications! I'll never forget the time he adjusted his schedule to contact me direct and live in the middle of his night; our time zones are 9 hours different! Allow me to stress this point: I bought a new home from D.R. Horton that never should have been built! (in a swamp!) Stupid me, I was desperate for housing 4 years ago. I ignorantly signed a waiver acknowledging the house flooded during construction in a "hundred year flood." The seller was disingenuous, flat out lied to me, preyed upon my urgent housing need. I bought a new "nightmare" that flooded twice in 6 months. John Le accepted my home to sale with NO flooring, flooring that had been destroyed in a flood. Again, because I had previously sign that disclaimer waiver, no lawyer would touch my case. I thought I would have to let the house go back to the lender when I decided to retire abroad. John Le insisted upon allowing him to try to sell the house. I still can't believe he actually sold my property, difficult as it was!

John is a outstanding broker who is passionate about his field. He is very accommodating and provides great amounts of information on each home. John assisted me with buying my first home and made sure I felt safe and understood each step of the process. John keeps his client's best interest in sharp focus! He was able to work with my time frame and responded quickly to all queries. My experience was great from start to finish I highly recommend John Le!
