John Newton of CENTURY 21 Champion Real Estate

My wife and I were looking to purchase a vacation place in North Carolina, we looked on the internet and found several. We were looking on Realtor.com, provided some info on properties we were interested in. The next day I received a phone call from John Newton, I might say it was a little early for me but not his fault I was sleeping in. I told him to give me about half an hour, he patiently waited and text me asking if it was alright to call. I said sure, he called and that's when the experience began. We reviewed several properties and decided to look at one in the Holden Beach area. I didn't realize at the time that Holden Beach was almost a two hour drive for John. We agreed to meet at the property, he was on time and had a great attitude, however my wife and I were a little concerned about the choice of shoes he was wearing to look at this wet/swampy wooded property. He didn't seem to mind trudging through the nasty woods, in fact I was more concerned than he seemed to be. The property turned out to be a bust! The next day we decided to look at a property in Holly Ridge N.C. John set it up for us. We were very thankful that John was able to do this for us on short notice. We were returning to West Virginia that same day and really hoped to see the property before making the eight hour drive home. We were very interested in this property, good location and fair price. John helped us make an offer, it was refused then we came back with another offer then a counter offer finally an agreed priced was reached. John took over from there setting everything up from inspections to utilities to closing. I would like to add that this wasn't a high dollar property in fact it was the cheapest property with a structure that was on the listings. John and his team did a fantastic job. Words can not describe my gratefulness for John Newton and his team. Thank you!!

John Newton is the BEST! Highly competent and extremely professional. Excellent communication and lightening -fast response. Wouldn't work with anyone else. There is a reason he is at the top of his field. He works very hard for his clients.
