Seller reviewJohn was superb in guiding us through the sales process, the bumps in the road, and doing whatever was needed to help us throughout the process. We really appreciated the weekly updates regarding who was viewing the house. The entire staff worked as a team to ensure all the necessary paperwork, task, appointments, and etc were done in a timely manner. We know that John's success and our successful closing would not have been possible without the dynamite support staff assisting John and the client. I must say that John is very knowledgeable about the market and he knows how to show a personal interest in the client. We can't thank John and his team enough for selling the home in such a timely manner. John was there and encouraging throughout the sales experience.

Buyer reviewIt was hard talking with John. I would call or text him with a question and he would reply almost instantly providing me with the answers to the questions I would have. There would be times I wanted him to get back to me much later so I could ponder in the mysteries of buying a house. This never really happened.
