What impressed me the most about John was that he handled and coordinated EVERYTHING! In an age where customer service is hard to find, John Newton is the exception as he is customer service personified! John worked around my wife's and my limited availability during the home search process. Seller reviewI had gotten a referal to Century 21 Champion by a friend. The he was refered by the Realtor we had tried to contact. She then, asked John to assist me with the sale of my home. He was easy to talk to and understood my concerns and was ready to assist me. He did a terrific job and found a buyer and then closing a month later. I would recommend John Newton to my friends, he is knowledgable of the business and the area my house was located. John was able to find a buyer from out of state, without the new owners physically seeing the home. His pictures did my house justice and was able to sell my home quickly. I am well pleased with the professionalism and knowledge John has. His efforts helped to sell my home.
