Buyer reviewJohn Newton worked great with us and are budget he also went to extents of working with his resources to make fast results on what we needed at the time such as when we looked at our first house, he tried to put an offer in on the house even though we were too late. He would not let anything slide, if he didn't know the answer he would figure it out. Not only was he very persistent but he also made it possible that our closing allowance money was made into a Home Depot gift card instead of using vendors and having to pay a contractor, which saved us tons of money. John is a great guy to work with and my wife and I are very grateful to have had such a helpful person work with us through such a difficult and long process.
