I am licensed as a Real Estate Broker in both Arkansas and Missouri. My career is backed by an extensive business marketing background that dates to the 1970s. Here in the Ozarks, I founded and led The Ozarks Team Realtors, which became the leading real estate team in Arkansas for several years. Very helpful and knowledgeable about other services that I inquired about. Heather took care of all of my questions and kept me up to date and informed every step of the way. I have given his cards out to as many people who asked for them. That two-some is the best! John Schaub is the top of the company as far as I am concerned. Dealings with real estate persons in the past were not positive but John had come a couple of years ago and introduced himself at my door and we spoke a bit. At that time I thought he really is interested in his job. He was the first real estate person who took time to come to the door and introduce himself. Then, he sold the house next door and I saw his picture on the sign and remembered him from his visit. The rest is history. John was there every step of the way for me. I am a widow and not knowledgeable about selling the house John helped me and I trusted his decisions because he was working with and for me. No other concerns regarding sale of property. It was all laid out for me step by step and other than my physical labor, I did not have to worry. Your office staff was always very courteous and professional when I would call. I was never given the run-around so to speak. Great personnel as far as I am concerned.
