I am licensed as a Real Estate Broker in both Arkansas and Missouri. My career is backed by an extensive business marketing background that dates to the 1970s. Here in the Ozarks, I founded and led The Ozarks Team Realtors, which became the leading real estate team in Arkansas for several years. Buyer reviewFirst importantly, I am a realtor licensed in the state of California. I know the industry and how it works. When I first contacted John in regards to the property, he advised me it was available. I asked pertinent questions in regards to condition and how soon escrow could be closed. He was a wealth of information and accurate on all points. I was a little concerned at first about dual agency but John handled it perfectly. Weighing both mine and his clients considerations, he made this happen smoothly and professionally. If you're buying property in the Mountain Home or Gassville area, I would recommend highly contacting John for your real estate needs. John was always accessible when I called. He always had the answers to my questions. A true professional in every aspect. I wish all Realtors I have worked with in the past where as competent as John.
