Buying or selling a home or investment property is not so much about me as it is about YOU and your financial goals! My role is similar to a symphony conductor coordinating the different players to make beautiful music…a successful real estate transaction representing your interests. Knowledge is Power: I have completed over 300 hours of Continuing Education and Professional Development over the past few years. I have a vast network of professional real estate trade contacts for referral. I have an understanding of the nuances of the local real estate market. I pay close attention to the transaction details of each of my clients. I am a full time REALTOR® and follow strict National Association of REALTORS® Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice. I enjoy listening and coming up with creative solutions to problems and issues that are likely to develop before a close. My business model values high client satisfaction and I fully appreciate buyer and seller referrals. I am a life-long Spokane native having graduated from Gonzaga Prep. I started my career path in marketing with a Communications/Advertising degree from Washington State University in Pullman. I have extensive experience in advertising media and community relations. Community Service While we make a living by what we earn, we make a life by what we give! I serve many non-profit agencies that make our community great! Currently, I am part of a volunteer speaker's bureau supporting DONATE LIFE (organ and tissue donation) education in Spokane Public high schools. I serve as volunteer event director for the annual Krista L. Baker Memorial Softball Tournament and Home Run Derby in cooperation with Spokane Youth Sports Association.

Buyer reviewI cannot stress enough how much on every single level John went above and beyond and exceeded all of my expectations. In short time he earned my trust. I realized he is fundamentally looking out for my best interest. This is so reassuring in a crazy housing market. John will change his schedule as much as he possible can to accommodate you as opportunities come up last minute. As John pursued deals and guided me in the process I realized he is a bit tenacious and made every pursuit to make deals fairly, but did not hesitate to advocate for me with large items and especially the small details. Taking the real estate aspect out of the equation let me tell you something important: John Baker is a phenomenal human. This is a man you can trust that is morally sound and upholds an extremely high level of professionalism. I now consider John a friend as well as my real estate agent.
