John was knowledgeable and very helpful as we purchased a second home in a town we love but have never lived in - South Pittsburg. His knowledge and helpful service then over shadowed that of two other agents that we also interacted with early on about other properties in the area. I'm a details person and John helped as we assessed the value and issues with our property on interest. He was patient with the process of purchasing foreclosed property when I was not and he provided explanation, knowledge and diligence with a tedious realty transaction process.
