Jolene is everything you want a professional to be and even more. Jolene had lined up 4 properties for us to look even before the fire evacuation was lifted in Oakmont. When the fire evaluation was lifted we came over to view the properties immediately. All properties were good choices. We choose house #2. It was the clear winner for my husband and myself. Making the quick decision to purchase our home when we did, required great understanding and patience on Jolene's part. We appreciate her style and ability to answer all our questions at a volatile time. Jolene's professionalism, understanding of our situation, and follow through impressed both my husband and myself.

Jolene helped us stay on track in exerting our due diligence in researching the property further. We burned through a few real estate agents until we settled on Jolene. She was level-headed and knowledgeable. Jolene was good at communicating with all parties involved.
