Our little vacation home was languishing on the market as we moved from agency to agency. Each promised to work really hard to sell this property. This resulted in very few showings and no offers. It was easy to combine our plans and agree how we would approach our plan to sell. Even though this was not a large sell and did not have a large commission Jon worked hard and exceeded our expectations. I found that Jon not only talked a good game he followed though. He was honest and straightforward to myself as well as the buyers. I was impressed by his willingness to go above and beyond to get this done. Since we were not in Branson during the showings he did a great job of making extra trips to turn utilities on and off and be sure the buyers had anything they needed. I would not only recommend Jon I look forward to using him again when the need arises.
