Over 25 years ago, I became a Realtor to help clients navigate home buying and selling with great service, integral market knowledge and care. Every buyer and seller has a unique set of circumstances, wants, needs and goals. Once I have that information together we develop a specific plan of action tailored to each and every client. For most, buying or selling a home will be the largest purchase or sale of an asset in their life and navigating through this process can be stressful and overwhelming. My goal is to simplify the entire process, keep you informed and minimize the pressure and strain on the way to closing.

Seller review"Our home buying process really started 3 years ago and through it all, Jon was a trusted resource of information perspective and judgement. You name it, and it happened during our process. I truly believe Jon's best attributes were his extensive knowledge and experience in dealing with an ever changing situation and still calmly advocating on our behalf in a brilliant manner. Admittedly, I am (was) a tough client. As a financial advisor, I have a high expectations for the people who advise me (as I expect my clients have of me) so I demanded a lot of Jon.. I asked Jon a lot of questions, and sometimes disagreed, initially, with his assessments. However, in almost every time, Jon was proven right. Buyer reviewJon has helped us through several real estate transactions and we would never consider working with anyone else on future transactions. We talked about moving to Colorado several years ago and joked that Jon would have to get his license in Colorado to help us. Fortunately for Jon we decided to stay in Michigan. :) I wish there was an option to rate trustworthy, patient, and knowledgable higher than excellent.

Seller reviewJon is everything you want in a real estate agent. He's very knowledgeable, familiar with the greater Detriot area, and most importantly, he's patient. My wife and I would send Jon 20+ homes to see (sometimes in one day) and he'd happily schedule showings around our schedule even if it was "his day off." Jon never pressured, always put our best interest first, and made what is typically a confusing process, very simple. It's a no brainer. Jon will always be our guy when it comes to real estate transactions.
