Over 25 years ago, I became a Realtor to help clients navigate home buying and selling with great service, integral market knowledge and care. Every buyer and seller has a unique set of circumstances, wants, needs and goals. Once I have that information together we develop a specific plan of action tailored to each and every client. For most, buying or selling a home will be the largest purchase or sale of an asset in their life and navigating through this process can be stressful and overwhelming. My goal is to simplify the entire process, keep you informed and minimize the pressure and strain on the way to closing.

Buyer reviewJon Lafferty is extremely good at what he does. He is always on time, and is very knowledgeable about location, properties and valuation. We looked at several homes and once we found the one, Jon was instrumental in us being able to negotiate and close on the perfect house for us. For the fact that the sellers already had a prior offer they leaning towards, but choosing to sell to us, I would say that Jon has our business whenever the time comes to sell our house in the future. And we will also be using him the next time we look for a house. He will be highly recommended to family and friends the next time they ask us if we know of a good real-estate agent.
