Seller reviewEven from across the country during a divorce and transiting out of the Marine Corps, I was able to sell my property thanks to Jordan Dennis and his team. They took care of me every step of the way. I am so glad they do what they do and do it so well. Jordan Dennis was able to get buyers for my property within days of listing. No one does it better than him.

Buyer reviewI initially asked the eglin/hurlburt spouse fb page to ask who I could work with to find a home. Most people who replied said Jordan Dennis, so I sent him a message and he replied right back. He knew crestview well and knew how important it was we stayed on the south side of Crestview so my husbands drive to work wouldn't be anymore than 20 minutes. Jordan is formal military so he knew our budget and what we wanted as well as why we wanted to move off base. Moving has saved us so much money and we are so pleased. I'm grateful for Jordan, without him we would still be in our small home having my husband entire BAH taken every check. I already passed his name along to my friends looking to buy.

Buyer reviewJordan Dennis is the absolute best, we wanted the house and he did what he had to for us to get it! He went above and beyond for us, we had horrible lender (veterans united) and he stayed on top of them to get us closed! Our last agent was very timid and and not agressive when it came to offers and counter offers and we missed out on a few houses we liked, Not the case with Jordan first house we put an offer on, we had an amazing counter offer and he went in and closed the deal. We own other properties as well and in the event we decide to sell, Jordan will be my first call!

Seller reviewHe's very good at marketing and selling quickly ... so if your not wanting it sold I wouldn't call him because he usually get it's under contract the first day tos a week. He will definitely do what he says he will do.
