I have worked with Jordan 3 times now and every time he has exceeded my expectations. I was referred to him by a friend while I was stationed in Germany; I was moving to the area during the pandemic and have never lived in Florida, let alone bought a house. Jordan walked me through every step of the pre-approval process for a VA loan and listened to the minimums I wanted in my first home while still staying on budget. He stayed up late & woke up early to personally go to homes and facetime me to show me every house I sent him. He found me a home that exceeded even my biggest expectations, which I bought and closed on without physically having been in it. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. He made sure that I was getting everything I needed in the contract and then some. My third home was a bit more tricky as the market had become a circus! I wanted to move closer to work which meant moving up north. I saw countless homes and before I could put an offer in, they were off the market (with no fault to Jordan, everyone knows buying a house right now is like going to war). Feeling discouraged, Jordan showed me a home that hadn't been listed yet, but had access to. He called me during my lunch break and asked if I could meet him. It was my dream home! I told him to put an offer in right then and within 24 hrs I was under contract. When Jordan says call or text him any time, any day, he means it. He was in constant communication with me and would make his schedule meet my needs. I tell everyone that buying a home shouldn't be stressful, and with Jordan, it's not. I had more anxiety buying a new car then I did buying any 3 of my homes. I have referred 10 people so far to him, all of which have bought a home with his help. I will continue to tell everyone I meet about him and his excellent perfomance. Jordan is not just my agent, he's now my forever friend.
