Jordan and Emily did an amazing job with the sale of our first dream home. It was a difficult house to sell, but they stuck with it to the very end, and seen the sale through. Our house was under contract at about 4-5 months after the initial placement of the house on the market. During this time, there were a few lapses in communication between Jordan and I, but thankfully his assistant Emily was available to fully answer our questions/complaints, and handle any business with the house while we were gone. But even with that, we couldn't have been happier with Jordan Dennis and his team during this long process. We've already suggested him to other sellers and buyers in the Florida Pan Handle, and if we return, we will most certainly use his services again.
