I had previously spoken with a different agency and broker, but made nothing official as I was still causally looking at listings. When I toured my first home, Jordan was there to answer any questions I had. I appreciated his honesty and how helpful he was to someone like me, who had little to no experience in buying a home. As a first time homebuyer, he made the process very easy and was always just a phone call away. I was very nervous making these decisions on my own, but having his knowledge and expertise helped me feel confident in my decisions when finding the best home for me. Overall, I had a great experience. I cannot say enough good things about Jordan Hall. Anyone would be lucky to have him on their team when buying a home!
