Mr.Santos' Knowledge of housing, whether it be the prices or materials used in the construction of the house played a vital role in my decision making. When I had a difficult pick, Mr. Santos would go out of his way to break it down so I could easily understand it. The paint, stairs, windows, doors all things that play a good part in the future of the house, Mr. Santos made me aware of. I never felt as if I was rushed. Even at closing, a time when things need to be speedy and that says something.
