We had two properties to sell. Joe stayed on top of them to ensure we got them sold as quickly as possible. Another plus was that we found a property that we bought that was not listed through a real estate agent, but we brought Joe in to represent us. He met with us and the owner of the new property and went over all the details. He hired the inspector and ensured all the I's were dotted and the t's were crossed. We were very pleased with his work for use. Joe went above and beyond to ensure that we were protected throughout the closing of the property and the final sale. We would definitely use Joe again.

Joe Zagone ensured that the buying process and the transition went smoothly. Especially, because we were not there for any of inspections and the closing. He oversaw each of these and kept us informed every step of the way. This made a huge impression on us and made it so much easier for us as well.
