After my step-mom passed away, we needed to move my Dad in with us in Georgia as he is unable to live alone without someone close by to check in on him daily. We hired Joe Endara to be our real estate agent to sell my Dad's house. As anyone can imagine, I was worried that trying to sell a house out of state would be quite an ordeal. However, I could not have been more wrong. Joe knew our situation and made it so very easy for us. We never had to come back to Florida for anything and he kept in contact with us regularly. I could not have asked for a more pleasant experience and have no doubt a lot of that was due to choosing the right person ... Joe Endara.
