Buyer reviewWorking with Joe as a first time home buyer was a very positive experience. He was very knowledgeable of the Mechanicsburg market and it was always easy to get in touch with him. We had viewed several houses and I never got the impression that Joe was trying to pressure the sale. He was candid about the strengths and weaknesses of each property and was able to point out the potential pitfalls of some of the houses. I valued his expertise throughout the home buying experience and if I am ever in the market to purchase a new home, I will definitely give Joe a call.

He arranged for a professional photographer and made suggestions for staging our home. Our house was listed within a week. Joe was also very personable and detail oriented.
