Everyone raved about how he always had time to speak (and usually immediately) when they reached out to him, so that was a definitive reason why we reached out to him initially. Joe is extremely detailed in his correspondence and works tirelessly to get all of the information you request, and more. He is a consummate professional who never complains despite the many requests asked of him. I actually reached out many times to an agent who advertises on the radion station I listen to and after four failed attempts to get in touch with her, (even after speaking with the girl in her office and expressing my frustrations that I wasn't getting any communication back) I moved on to other avenues to find an agent. After a Google search, I found Joe Washick and thank God I did; there isn't another agent I would consider after meeting and dealing with him.
