Buyer reviewJoseph Zuniga is the best real estate agent I've dealt with during my hunt for the perfect co-op apartment for my mother. He is very patient and attentive. He understood my mother's needs and what she could afford. This saved us a lot of headaches and time. He was always available to address our concerns and questions. We're glad Joseph guided us through the co-op purchasing process because having to deal with the building management and the co-op board gets stressful. Since my mother's English is limited, Joseph recommended a great lawyer who spoke our language and made my mother feel at ease.
