He goes out of his way to find out local information about the community you are looking to move into and is very knowledgeable about how houses are built and how they work.

Buyer reviewJosh and I became acquainted via internet/email. I was in Colorado. He was working as both seller/buyer agent. I like Josh, his attitude, his patience and his willingness to work with me given my house was just listed and not sold as yet. He really went the extra mile(s) to help me buy this property and work with the seller. Sometimes she annoyed me but Josh just kep a calm demeanor and helped me stay foxused on the closing which proved to be frustrating. Josh worked as meadator between us and I ended up bringing cash with me to ND instead of wiring the funds, but it all worked out. Josh helped with some issues with the house and when I couldn't locate a plumber or someone to look at my furnace, he had answers and sometimes did the work himself for which I am most grateful. I am 75 years old and live by myself. Josh has checked on me just to make sure I am okay. It has been a GREAT experience and Josh is awesome.
