I would just like to say the Mr.Greer was an angel in disguise! We had some concerns with renting our home when Covid hit and we needed to sell asap! He truly saved us and went out of his way to provide the very best service he could for us. He was trustworthy and we just knew we could trust him with signing our paper since we could not leave the country to be there for closing. The price of the home was also outstanding because we were just happy to come out even to be rid of the headache. We did not have to bother with communication with the buyers because he made sure he was an effortless liaison between both parties. He was very kind and polite. He spoke with my husband majority of the time but still made sure to keep me aware of the happenings as well. I thought that was a sweet gesture because he also explained things to me that were at times confusing when my husband would reiterate them. Selling our home was a blessing and I will always go out of my way to recommend Mr.Greer to anyone in need of a realtor! Thank you again for all that you have done for our family!

Where do I start…. Joshua went above and beyond when it came to helping me sell my home. Joshua Greer made the process of buying my first home super simple.
