They were the kindest most down to earth realtors I have ever met. They were always available to answer calls or questions when I needed it. They constantly kept me in the loop about any updates with the purchase of my home. I would definitely do business with them again. Buyer reviewJoy was an absolute pleasure to work with! She listened to our needs and our desires and worked diligently to find us our home! We have called Joy with very short notice and she made herself available, as well as the homes that we wanted to see. Looking for a home 927 miles away seemed like it would be difficult, but Joy made it simple. She took the time to know us well enough to preview homes for us, she even did several video walk-throughs with us, always pointing out the things she knew we'd want to know and maybe couldn't tell from a video. We will, and have, recommended Joy to work with all of our friends and family.

Seller reviewAs a rule, I would rarely give an excellent evaluation to any person with regard to any survey. However, I believe Ms Hosier's ability, skill, and focus to the sale of my property has given me good reason to make an exception, and to break my rule. Ms Hosier did a wonderful job fulfilling her obligations to Century 21, including her commitment to honor the contract we had agreed upon. I'm thrilled with Ms Hosier's efforts, as well as the final results from the sale of my property.
